Minimum Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech (Production/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Polymer) from IIT

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

This role will look after a portion of manufacturing of footwears meeting market demand, quality requirements and variable cost. The candidate should have experience in Manufacturing Industry. Should be well versed in production and should be able to handle large manpower with multiple SKUs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial

  • To drive adherence of AOP budget (Variable / Fixed).
  • To undertake rejection control.
  • To maintain a minimum inventory level of WIP.

Customer Oriented

  • To submit all the required production reports to Plant Head on a Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis.
  • To oversee Process & Product Quality Development.
  • To meet fluctuating market demand.
  • To ensure Production Plan Adherence.

People Oriented

  • To manage a diverse workforce and especially extract work from the contractual workforce.

Internal Business Process

  • To drive 5 S and compliance as per roadmap.
  • To do shop floor planning as per Production plan on a Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis.
  • To look after effective implementation of Production plan at Shop Floor.
